Refunds

We accept returns for a full refund or store credit on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. You must initiate the return within 7 days of the delivery date. Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 business days

ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed).
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • It must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items marked as “final sale.”
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at teamsilentfox@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
  • Securely pack the items you wish to return and include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Ship the package to the address provided. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the refund within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at teamsilentfox@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
